In March when I first arrived here I tried to purchase and was denied. The lenders liked me, they approved my file, they preapproved me for purchase. CMHC denied me.
I find myself in the exact same position once again. Starting to feel like this is personal or something. I don't know what to do other than liquidate absolutely everything I own. Dump every property, every asset I possibly can in order to buy here.
It's a sad day.
